About the Author
Xu Hai, a native of Dongxiang, Zhenjiang, Jiangsu, is the editor-in-chief and editor of Jiangsu Phoenix Publishing and Media Co., Ltd. He was formerly the director of the Copyright Department and the Electronic Audiovisual Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Press and Publication Bureau, and the president of Jiangsu People's Publishing House. He holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in Chinese from Nanjing University, and a master's degree in public policy from the University of Maryland. He is a young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in Jiangsu Province and an expert enjoying special allowances from the State Council.
