Introduction · · · · · ·
Teacher Fan Deng believes that communication skills, like the skill of repairing a bicycle, need to be learned. Optics are not enough, practice is also required.
The purpose of communication is respect and cooperation, not winning or losing. As a former host of CCTV and the "Word Value" of the "Fan Deng Reading" App, Mr. Fan Deng extracts two major principles of communication in this book, sorts out the ten dimensions of communication, and systematically explains the methods and techniques to improve communication skills.
This book has two highlights: one is the structured knowledge and multidisciplinary support, which explores the communication mechanism layer by layer, allowing you to know not only the facts but also the reasons behind them; the other is the scenario-based content, covering 90% of the common problems in communication, so that everyone can learn and use it immediately and become an efficient communicator.
