About the Author:
Luo Xiang, male, professor and director of the Institute of Criminal Law at China University of Political Science and Law.
He has been selected as one of the "Top Ten Most Popular Undergraduate Teachers" at China University of Political Science and Law since 2008. In 2018, he was selected as an excellent tutor in the minds of the first batch of graduate students at China University of Political Science and Law. He has published more than 10 papers in journals such as "Comparative Law Research", "Criminal Law Review", and "China Criminal Law Journal". He presided over the humanities and social sciences projects of the Ministry of Education, the university-level youth projects of China University of Political Science and Law, and participated in many scientific research projects such as the National Social Science, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Justice.
Teacher Luo Xiang has always been extremely popular among students and has been dubbed the "Little Prince of Criminal Law".
