Introduction · · · · · ·
The surface filtered by language·Xia Yu's six poems +1

I wanted to create a set of books with minimalist and minimalist designs, and the contents are hazy and trance. The packaging imitates a kind of compressed biscuit, and the vacuum shrink film shrinks seven books into one hand. I thought of Beuys's 1959 work "An Inaccessible Workshop"; if you don't want to damage the book film, it is a set of "poems that don't need to be read", an installation.

You can read pirated copies of three books for 100 yuan, download electronic files full of errors, and be satisfied with the fragments in countless Weibo posts; maybe you are also willing to read the traditional Chinese version reluctantly.

But if you open it, it is a collection of poems that records all your reading traces; it collects fingerprints, the slight moisture of the palm, and changes shape according to the strength of the palm. One day it may fall like a seasonal leaf (better not) (probably not). Soft sculpture.

If you open it, don't expect it to return to its original state. Seven whole-grain biscuits are priced at 233.333333 (100÷3×7). The inspiration given by the pirates, pirated price = anti-piracy price; the original scene allows the copy to have its own scene, and the copy scene also makes the original eager to restore its own scene.

50g industrial paper is thin and tough, and the saddle stitching is wild and firm.

I hope you like it. ——Xia Yu
