Description
Introduction · · · · · ·
Create where you can, endure where you have to.
Live in the here and now, and feel the peace of ease and happiness.
Existential psychology is rarely used to diagnose psychological problems of visitors. It is more about helping everyone gain more vitality, explore specific dimensions of human nature, reflect on themselves, and look at issues such as happiness and pain, love and loneliness, success and adversity, death anxiety and life involvement, choice and responsibility, confusion and meaning more bravely, dialectically and flexibly. It helps people calmly accept the good and bad in life, so as to meet the world more freely and openly, realize their potential, and find the meaning of their own existence.
