"Psychology and Life" is a textbook used by Stanford University for many years. It is also a classic textbook promoted and used in many universities in the United States. It is recommended by ETS as the main reference book for GRE psychology exams and is also selected as a textbook for "general psychology" courses in universities in many countries. This textbook is written fluently, easy to understand, and deeply rooted in life. It connects psychological theories and knowledge with people's daily lives and work, making it also an excellent reading material for the general public to understand psychology and themselves.
As a mature textbook containing rich educational ideas and unique teaching methods, all the elements in the original book - such as the "Glossary" consisting of more than 600 words and explanations, more than 2,000 "References", and nearly 1,000 "Name and Subject Indexes", etc., are very valuable for teaching, research and learning. This Chinese translation has completely translated and retained these materials.
