[Japanese] Kazuo Inamori
Born in 1932, graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Kagoshima University. Founded Kyoto Ceramic Co., Ltd. (Kyocera) in 1959. Served as President and Chairman of Kyocera, and Honorary Chairman since 1997. Founded KDDI in 1984, served as Chairman, and became Chief Advisor in 2001. Served as Chairman of Japan Airlines in 2010, then Chairman and Chairman of the Board, Honorary Chairman in 2013, and Honorary Advisor in 2015. Used his personal property to establish the Inamori Foundation in 1984, and served as Chairman. Founded the international award "Kyoto Prize", which annually recognizes those who have made contributions to the progress and development of human society. In addition, he served as the president of Seiwajuku, devoting his efforts to training young managers.
His major works include "The Way of Life", "The Way of Doing", "The Way of Mind", "Amoeba Management", "Six Items of Improvement", etc.

Inamori Museum
It was established in 2013 next to the Kyocera headquarters in Fushimi-ku, Kyoto, Japan, as an institution to pass on Kazuo Inamori's philosophy of life and business. In addition to collecting and managing Kazuo Inamori's materials, it also supports publishing activities and provides network information at the invitation of the society.
At the same time, as an exhibition hall open to the public, the Inamori Museum introduces Kazuo Inamori's life and business philosophy, and his footprints and various social activities. Not only Japanese people, but also many entrepreneurs, managers and students from all over the world come to visit.
