Chung-Leng Tran, a professional photographer turned barista who won the France Brewers Cup in 2012, always has a cup of pour-over coffee (from Ethiopian or Kenyan beans) in the morning and an espresso after lunch.

Sébastien Racineux is an engineering professor and barista training instructor. In 2011, he founded a coffee training organization called Espressologie and was the runner-up of the French Coffee Brewing Competition in 2012 and 2014. He is used to having a cup of Ethiopian coffee around 10 am every day.
In 2015, Chen Chunlong and Sebastian invited their friends Stéphane Cataldi and David Lahoz to open a coffee roastery called Hexagone Café in Paris.

Chen Minle, from Yongkang, Zhejiang, holds a bachelor's degree in French language and literature and a master's degree in communication from Nanjing University. He is currently an associate translator at the Chinese People's Liberation Army Army Command College. His major translated and published works include The Complete Works of Saint-Exupéry, Fragments - Cold Memories: 1991-1995, Film History, and Public Opinion and Rumors on the Eve of the French Revolution.
