A selection of articles written by Ji Xianlin from 1933 to 2006, covering a period of more than 70 years.
This book is divided into 5 parts and 40 articles, which convey Mr. Ji Xianlin's outlook on life and values from the perspectives of his calmness about the passage of time, his thoughts on the meaning of life, his views on social phenomena, his expression of his true self, and his love for human true feelings.
Mr. Ji Xianlin is a well-deserved literary giant of the contemporary era. He always sticks to his spiritual world in the ups and downs of the world, and is not arrogant in good times and not afraid in bad times. Talking with the master and savoring the flavors of life, these articles involve all aspects of Mr. Ji's life and are a microcosm of his life experience. After years of precipitation and fermentation, they interpret the master's century-old wisdom. Ji Xianlin's understanding of life and open-minded attitude towards things may be difficult for us to reach, but we can still keep pursuing.
