Nobel Prize winner Mo Yan
First work after winning the award
Ten years of accumulation, brand new personnel.
A single word can make a thousand-foot-high wall stand still.
Mo Yan's imagination soars above the entire state of human existence.
——Nobel Prize in Literature Award Speech
recommend:
This is Mo Yan's first work after he won the Nobel Prize in Literature.
Rooted in the native land, listen carefully to the wind and rain from all sides;
Create a role model and boldly borrow from all aspects.
From "Red Sorghum" to "Late-maturing People", it has stepped from the depths of history into the various aspects of reality, and has reached a variety of scenes since the beginning of the world.
It is still the Mo Yan that readers are familiar with, but he brings us an unfamiliar and surprising reading experience.
I believe that Mo Yan will continue to write great works after winning the award. He really has a kind of power and no one can stop him.
——Espmark, former chairman of the Nobel Prize in Literature Committee
If we were to rank the top five short stories in the world, Mo Yan's should be among them.
——Oe Kenzaburo, Nobel Prize winner in Literature and famous Japanese writer
