【Author】Boris Vian (1920-1959)
French novelist, poet, playwright, musician, translator, engineer... Vian left many excellent works in the world literary world. His representative work "The Foam of Time" is a classic of French literature in the 20th century. "The Revenge of Lee Anderson" was a sensation, and "The Hollow Man" and "Red Grass" showed a new type of literature. These works established Vian's position in the history of French literature. With profound originality, he set foot in many ideological fields of modernist literature, showing the influence of existentialist philosophy and absurd consciousness. Vian's works reflect the social symptoms of an era and also reflect the aesthetic taste of an era.
In 1959, Vian died prematurely due to illness at the age of 39.
