About the Author
Ryota Asai, Director of Nagoya Moriyama Dog and Cat Hospital. Born on August 10, 1974, from Aichi Prefecture. Graduated from the Department of Agricultural and Veterinary Medicine, Nihon University, and the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Dairy Gakuen University. Worked in emergency medicine at an animal hospital in Aichi, and then founded Moriyama Dog and Cat Hospital in 2007 with the goal of becoming a family doctor. He is a member of the Japanese Wildlife Medicine Society, the Japanese Society of Biological Education, the Japanese Small Animal Dentistry Research Society, the Japanese Animal Hospital Welfare Association, the Japanese Veterinary Dermatology Society, and the Chubu Small Animal Clinical Research Society.
