Description
Introduction
This book is made up of "plateaus", each of which forms a complex network of different themes, which in turn are linked to many disciplines. Deleuze and Guattari transform and fold resources from art, mathematics, geology, biology, linguistics, anthropology, history, animal behavior, literature, music, political theory, economics and other disciplines. On this basis, the crust of concepts continues to rise, forming a stable landmark - the plateau. The "rhizome" way of thinking scattered throughout the book may be the most creative in human history, because it has touched the strings of many non-philosophical fields such as architecture, literature, dance, film, and new media.

Gilles Deleuze (1925-1995), a French philosopher, was born in Paris, France in 1925. He studied at the Department of Philosophy of Sorbonne University in 1944, was appointed as a faculty member of Sorbonne University in 1957, and later taught at the University of Lyon and the University of Paris VIII, retiring in 1987.
