Description

Wu Han

A native of Yiwu, Zhejiang, Wu Han was a renowned Chinese historian and social activist. He served as a professor at Yunnan University, National Southwestern Associated University, and Tsinghua University. He also held positions such as president of the Beijing Historical Society, vice mayor of Beijing, and academician of the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His notable works include "Notes on Reading History" and "The Mirror of History."
