Description
Introduction · · · · · ·
The Human Condition is the most famous representative work of Hannah Arendt, a great thinker of the 20th century, and is also a classic work of political philosophy theory that is always relevant. This book has been hailed as a "textbook of participatory democracy". In the book, Arendt distinguishes between concepts such as labor, work and action, power, violence and physical strength, the earth and the world, and property and wealth, emphasizing the "plurality" and the ability to initiate new actions that people still have in the face of highly technological, automated and economically modernized modern society, thereby re-establishing people's faith and hope in human affairs. Since the publication of this book, her understanding of the unpredictability of politics has been amazingly confirmed. More than half a century later, The Human Condition still influences people today and in the future with its insights, and always inspires new ideas and discussions.
