Description
Introduction · · · · · ·
A new novel by Li Yao, the author of "The Unfinished Story of Mandrill",
Creating the world with language, an epic of the metaverse!
Traversing time and space, traversing memory, reading as writing,
From the swift decay, a magnificent and self-consistent poetic universe is created.
📜Editor's Recommendation
“So this is how the city was built.
It turns out that every city in the world is built this way."
• The fourteen chapters are arranged as giant lines of poetry, forming a sonnet-like novel.
• Following "The Fragments of the Study of Mandrills", this is another masterpiece by the original author Li Yao. Continuing his thinking about the world and text, this novel about the "meta-world" or "pseudo-meta-world" is formed by using magnificent language and fragments of history.
• The complicated history is rewritten into a paradoxical epic like a thorny crystal in the reading-like writing. In the shadow of the ephemeral kingship or the world, the immortal poet is born. It has a strong allegorical/prophetic temperament.
📜Content Introduction
"The beginning of the world is an epic of randomness" - "From the Beginning to the End" is a novel about the world and everything, about the origin of the world and the end of the world, as well as everything that exists and happens in the world.
There was a man and a woman in the world: Fuxi and Nuwa, or Adam and Eve, or Nu and Habib. Humanity began to develop from two people, with heroes and paradises, poets, and the shadow of imitation corresponding to the poets.
Misreading, love, freedom, and many other questions emerge from the reality and illusion.
Like a giant whale swallowing up the romance and boldness of language, revealing a thin but giant page of paper; the sonnet copied outside of time happens to be a collection of all the historical fragments of the world.
