Wen Aining is a picture book creator and editor. She graduated from the Children's Picture Book Department of Cambridge School of Art and the Fine Arts Department of Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology. She likes to record fragments of life with words and brushes, and also likes to explore more possibilities of music in children's picture books. She has published picture books "Music Forest", "Song of the Elves", "Secret of the Eight Sounds" and "After Silence", and translated the monograph "Guide to Children's Picture Book Creation: The Art of Visual Narrative". In 2021, she was shortlisted for the 55th Bologna Children's Book Fair with her picture book "The Room Where the Swans Were Seen".
