Description

Introduction · · · · · ·
"Everyone is unique." Although we often say this, we don't know why people are so different and where these differences are reflected. Therefore, instead of looking at these differences correctly and using them to make up for our own shortcomings, we have caused many misunderstandings, barriers and obstacles.

Based on Jung's theory of psychological types and according to his own observations and research over the years, the author of Born Different invented the Myers-Briggs Type Index (MBTI) personality test named after himself, which systematically explains the differences in people's talents and describes the characteristics of sixteen personality types formed by the four dominant psychological functions of extroversion and introversion, sensation and intuition, and the four auxiliary psychological functions of thinking and feeling, judgment and perception, as well as their different impacts on individuals and their practical applications in areas such as learning, work and interpersonal relationships.

As the most widely used personality type testing tool in history, whether you are a parent, teacher, student or office worker, MBTI can help you assess your own personality type, understand the strengths and weaknesses of your own and others' personalities, thereby breaking through the bottleneck of self-development and the "personality barriers" between people, enhancing mutual understanding, maximizing the potential of individuals and teams on the basis of complementarity, and successfully completing the established goals.
