Nakajima Atsushi (1909-1942) was a Japanese novelist. In February 1942, he published "The Record of the Mountain and the Moon" and "The Disaster of Words" in "Literary World", which shocked the literary world; in May, he published "Light, Wind, Dream", which was shortlisted for the Akutagawa Prize; in December, he died of an asthma attack. His career as a professional writer lasted only four months, but the few works he left behind are still loved by people. Among them, "The Record of the Mountain and the Moon" was selected into the Japanese high school Chinese textbook, and "Li Ling: The Record of the Mountain and the Moon" ranked first in the list of Japan's "Five Outstanding Novels". Translator's Profile Liang Yue, graduated with a Japanese major, is now specialized in translating Japanese books. She has translated many books from the Japanese Shufu no Tomosha, with delicate writing and fluent style.
