Feng Jicai
Born in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province in Tianjin in 1942, he is a contemporary Chinese writer, painter and cultural scholar.
At the age of 25, he began to experience the "Ten Years" of hardship. His life and work were bumpy and changeable. He worked as a worker, a product salesman, and an art teacher. His life and career suddenly became broader. The twists and turns and hardships also increased his knowledge. He was able to taste all the flavors of life. Because he was deeply aware of the joys and sorrows of the fate of millions of people, he determined to pursue literature.
