Introduction

Food Talk in the World: Liang Shiqiu wrote countless articles about food throughout his life. "Occasionally, because of homesickness, I talk about delicious food to express my feelings; just for pleasure, I go to the butcher's house and eat a lot." This was his original intention to write about food. This edition of Food Talk in the World consists of three parts: "Food Talk in Yashe", "Food Talk and Pick Up" and "Taste of the World", which is the most complete collection of Liang Shiqiu's famous articles about food.

Each article is titled after a kind of food, such as Xishi tongue, ham, fish in vinegar, roast lamb, roast duck, lion's head, soup dumplings, soy milk...
