Bi Shumin, female, was born in October 1952 in Yining, Xinjiang. She is a member of the Communist Party of China, a national first-class writer, attending physician of internal medicine, vice chairman of the Beijing Writers Association, a master of literature from Beijing Normal University, a graduate of the doctoral program in psychology, and a registered psychological counselor. She joined the army in 1969 and served in the troops of the Ali Plateau in Tibet, where the Himalayas, Gangdise Mountains, and Karakoram Mountains meet, for 11 years. She has served as a hygienist, assistant military doctor, and military doctor. After 20 years of medical work, she began to write professionally and joined the China Writers Association in 1989. In 2007, Bi Shumin ranked 14th on the "2007 Second China Writers Rich List" with a royalty income of 3.65 million yuan, which attracted widespread attention. She has written 12 volumes of "Bi Shumin's Collected Works", and best-selling novels such as "Red Prescription", "Blood Linglong", "Saving Breasts", "Female Psychologist", and "Flower Surgery". He has won more than 30 literary awards, including the Zhuang Zhongwen Literature Award, the 4th, 5th and 6th Hundred Flowers Awards of Fiction Monthly, the Contemporary Literature Award, the Chen Bochui Literature Award, the Beijing Literature Award, the Kunlun Literature Award, the PLA Literature and Art Award, the Youth Literature Award, the 16th China Times Literature Award in Taiwan, and the 17th United Daily News Literature Award in Taiwan.
