Description
Introduction · · · · · ·
In this book, which interprets history, the author uses a writing style that is both elegant and vulgar, solemn and humorous to narrate countless cases in history that are worth people's thinking. While telling stories about officialdom in a vivid and interesting way, the author reveals the unwritten rules hidden under the formal rules that actually dominate the operation of society through historical appearances, and calls them "hidden rules", and further points out that the emergence of hidden rules lies in the calculation of interests and the avoidance of harm in reality. The book discusses the definition and characteristics of hidden rules, the different situations and choices of emperors, officials, and people under the shadow of hidden rules, the social soil where hidden rules prevail, and when hidden rules will shrink. The phenomenon of hidden rules originated and prevailed in my country's feudal society, but it is difficult to disappear for a while. Only by strengthening socialist democracy and improving the socialist legal system can the hidden rules be finally eradicated.
