About the Author
Ryoichi Iino is an expert in the history of Japanese food culture. He graduated from the Faculty of Literature, Waseda University, and the Department of History and Geography, Faculty of Literature, Meiji University. His representative works include "The Birth of Izakaya" and "Four People Eating All Over Edo".
