About the Author
Lin Mingzi
Born in Tokyo, Japan in 1945, he graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Education, Yokohama National University.
Lin Mingzi is good at capturing details and can accurately grasp children's expressions. Her painting style is warm and lovely.
His representative works include "The First Time Going Shopping", "Aqiu and Ahu", "The First Camping", etc. He has won many important awards including the Japan Picture Book Award and the Japan Sankei Children's Publishing Culture Award.
