Description
Introduction · · · · · ·
From small and medium-sized enterprises all over the world to multinational corporations that are now flourishing, the paths to success of once-glorious enterprises and leaders vary greatly, but the reasons that led to their downfall are surprisingly similar...
Everyone likes to talk about their success, because everyone wants to learn how to succeed. However, Donald Keogh, known as the Godfather of Coca-Cola, prefers to talk about failure. Because understanding failure can reduce failure, and reducing failure means increasing success. Based on his lifelong management experience, Mr. Keogh summarized a series of traps that companies, enterprises and individuals are most likely to fall into, which he called the "Ten Management Truths."
It seems extremely simple, and so is any truth. As Warren Buffett said: "Donald Keough's greatest ability is that he can always quickly see through the essence of things, speak and act to the point, and his principle is to make complex problems simple."
