"The Black Cat Turned Over" is the first short comic collection by the famous cartoonist Takano Fumiko, originally named "Absolute Safety Razor", which won the 11th Japan Cartoonists Association Award. It includes a total of 17 comic works, and specially includes a message to Chinese readers.

The characters in the book include adolescent boys and girls, naughty siblings, and Ukiyo-e-style works full of fantastic ideas.
