Description

Introduction · · · · · ·
"Growing Up by Chatting" is not only a growth guide for children aged 5-8, but also a parent-child communication guide for all parents. This book raises 30 weighty questions with a friendly and critical attitude, each of which inspires children to think about life, ideals, the future, and their views on the world:

What does it mean to grow up?

Do clothes define who we are?

Will we be happy when we have a lot?

Is there anything in the world worth fighting for?

Is it right to do the same thing as everyone else? Wait.

For children, reading and thinking about the questions in this book is a preview of growth; for reserved Chinese parents, this book carefully designs gentle situations, interesting topics, and pictures full of imagination and humor to help parents and children break the "awkward silence" and invite us to sit down and talk. The best growth education is hidden in every conversation between parents and children. Think deeply, discuss, and laugh with your children!
