*Book purchases for April have been completed. The next batch of purchases will be organized after the logistics are restored after the Chinese New Year. The next logistics is expected to be in mid-to-late May.

Book Ordering Process

1. The customer fills in the order form and pays a deposit of 5 Euros;

2. The fifth floor is responsible for the purchase and transportation of books. The transportation method is air transportation, and the overall cycle depends on the specific situation, which is about two weeks to one month;

3. After the reserved books arrive at the store, the fifth floor will notify customers to pick up the books via WeChat or email;

4. Customers can pick up the goods at the store and pay the balance, or contact WeChat customer service to arrange logistics. For detailed logistics rules, please refer to the free shipping policy on the fifth floor website.

Note:

1. Currently, the ordering scope is limited to simplified Chinese books available on mainland shopping websites. Please try to choose books or versions with a more recent publication time.

2. If the deposit has been paid but the book cannot be purchased, the deposit will be converted into the purchase amount for the customer to use next time. If you are not sure about the availability of the book, please contact WeChat customer service for consultation.

3. The final selling price of the book depends on the purchase price and the floating shipping price, and is generally in the range of 15-20 Euros.

4. Fifth floor members are exempt from the deposit and can just note "member" in the deposit order number in the form.
