Jack Welch
He joined GE (General Electric) in 1960 and served as the company's chairman and CEO from 1981 to 2001, the youngest chairman in GE's history. During his tenure, GE's market value grew from $13 billion to more than $400 billion, ranking first in the world. In 2000, Welch was named "Manager of the Century" by Fortune magazine. His books "The Autobiography of Jack Welch", "Winning", "The Answer to Winning" and "The Nature of Business" are all global.
Suzy Welch
He studied at Harvard Business School and worked at Bain Management Consulting after graduation. He later served as editor of Harvard Business Review. He has published many articles on leadership, innovation, change and organizational behavior, and co-authored "Winning", "The Winning Answer" and "The Essence of Business" with Jack Welch.
