This is a practical methodology for brand crisis management in the omni-media era.
In the omni-media era, every organization or individual may be caught in the whirlpool of public opinion and face the crisis and challenge of "public trial". In the face of crisis, some brands regain public favor with their excellent public relations capabilities, while others are struggling due to frequent "turnovers". Crisis public relations has become an important checkpoint for brand survival.
This book is based on Mr. Li Guowei's more than 30 years of experience in brand public relations and training content. It uses the timeline of crisis as the narrative logic, and elaborates on what preparations companies need to make before a crisis, how to respond when a crisis occurs, how to remedy the crisis after it occurs, and how to avoid a more destructive secondary crisis, etc. It is full of practical information and can help companies outrun crises, repair their reputations, and save themselves.
