Introduction · · · · · ·
Based on Adlerian psychology, this book systematically explains how we can actively face life issues including death. This book is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is "The 'I' who keeps exploring", which focuses on "thinking about life", emphasizes the importance of thinking about life, and advocates that the true meaning of life must be explored by oneself, and only in this way can we live our own life. The second chapter is "The 'I' who stops and thinks quietly". The author believes that no matter how busy our lives are, as long as we calm down and think clearly about "what is most important to ourselves", we can calmly face everything in life and live a meaningful life that truly belongs to us. The third chapter is "The 'I' who can change at any time", which emphasizes that living is changing. As long as we have the will and determination to change, our lives can change at any time. The author believes that only by seriously thinking about what is most important to us, and then focusing on the present, not caring about the past, not worrying about the future, and doing what we can do at the moment seriously and calmly, can we live our own meaningful life.
