Description
Introduction · · · · · ·
The confusion, challenges, and struggles in our lives often center on two core issues:
What I thought was different from what I experienced.
I want to be that person, but I experience myself as not being that person.
These two conflicts lead us to an inner war, resulting in negative thoughts, negative emotions, and even negative behaviors. So we always want to change ourselves and remove the "bad" parts, thinking that removing the "bad" will leave the "good". However, this effort to change often makes us fall into an invisible quagmire, and our talents, creativity, and vitality are constantly suppressed and consumed.
Teacher Huang Shiming said: "In fact, there is a positive motivation behind every negative behavior, and there is a golden light behind every dark cloud." Behind the "bad" things we want to change are the most real desires of life. I hope this book can lead everyone out of the obsession with "change", transform problems into resources, reconcile with themselves, reintegrate themselves, and rejuvenate the original vitality of life.
