As an adult, do you often feel that there is always a child living inside you? This may be because the pressure and fast pace of society have forced us to take on the role and responsibilities of an "adult" before we have time to say goodbye to our adolescence or childishness. These inner struggles more or less bring us psychological anxiety and mental pressure.

In this psychological theme sharing session, we invited professional psychological counselors @Huangxiangshan Studio Xiaomin and @Zhuayu to analyze and discuss with everyone how adults can reconcile or be self-consistent with this "childishness" or "naivety".
