Description
Introduction
The powerful, loving, cute and optimistic seal has a natural tendency to fly away if he doesn't grab something.
The author uses four-frame and multi-frame comics to depict the major events in Seal's life, as well as his ordinary and even boring things: surviving a fire, staying with his girlfriend for life... queuing up for a meal of ramen, playing a game, winning the lottery, and guessing who is more powerful between a mantis and a beetle?
The real and simple life scenes and his inherent shortcomings lead us to re-examine our true selves and reconcile with our ordinary selves——
Everyone must admit that there are some things that we cannot accomplish no matter how hard we try, so we must be more willful to do well what we are capable of doing;
Every life has regrets. I may be ordinary and not rich, but as long as I keep my feet on the ground and face the real me, even if I have shortcomings, won’t I, who is still ordinary now, have a happy and optimistic life?
The latest work by the author of "The Crocodile Who Will Die in 100 Days", in the story of the seal, we learn: when we should work hard, we should try our best, when we really can't do it, we should take a step back, let ourselves go, and appreciate ourselves. Life has regrets, but we still strive to move forward.
