Spanish food journalist, editor-in-chief of a popular food magazine, and frequent guest on food radio, TV and media. Josep has co-authored a book on Barcelona cooking and the aperitif phenomenon, and a book of pasta recipes. He is willing to go anywhere in the world to taste a dish. He often travels around the world to explore local cuisine and has a long-term collaboration with the famous chef Ferran Adria.
◎ Illustrator: Miranda Sofroniou
British illustrator, graduated from the University of the Arts London with a degree in illustration. Her illustrations are inspired by travel and nature: beautiful and colorful. She often uses traditional painting materials such as watercolor and acrylic, with free brushstrokes and rich details. Miranda's paintings are designed to remind people of a certain atmosphere and evoke a sense of surprise. She uses narrative paintings to let the audience enter a wonderful world and enjoy her personalized interpretation of daily life.
