▶Won the Strugatsky Award, the Russian Science Fiction Conference Award, the Fantasy World Magazine's Best Russian Book of the Year Award and many other awards
▷An exploration of human spirit and evolutionary will◁
▷An extremely cold and hardcore "thinking game"◁
▶The advanced civilization casts a cold glance at the human world torn apart by ambition.
▶Humans explore the interstellar space to resist foreign enemies, but they also destroy inhabited planets at any time to hold on to power.
▶There is a greater conspiracy behind the chess game, interweaving time and space and multiple narratives, taking you to experience the future universe of Russian hard science fiction.
▶The logical gears mesh precisely, and everything is calculated——
"All the technology described in the novel has been shown to be physically possible. All the parts that can be calculated -
The masses and speeds of ships and shells, the power of engines and weapons—there were calculations behind them. Even the distances between the planets were determined by calculating their actual positions on a given day.”
★Introduction★
In 2295, an attack from an unknown civilization in Aquila turned the Earth into a barren wasteland. To counter the new round of attacks from the Aquila enemies, more than a hundred years later, the humans who survived in the space fleet built a super weapon "Firefly Swarm" to defeat the approaching alien fleet in one fell swoop.
The era of peace has not arrived. With the help of the "firefly swarm", the space fleet stationed on Venus tried to dominate the stars, and the solar system ushered in chaos. To add fuel to the fire, the crisis from the alien planet does not seem to have been completely eliminated. The bionic infected body "Rose" that landed on the earth, the neural network controlled by the "worm" virus... All clues show that the thread of human destiny is controlled by the mysterious advanced civilization in the distant universe.
Under the guidance of advanced civilization, a magnificent picture of civilization evolution unfolds before mankind...
